I have spent 9 years running my personal training business. As a result of this I am a strong believer that physical and mental health go hand in hand. This has had a direct influence on my holistic view on therapy which I use to support my clients in an empathetic and practical manner.
It is truely an honor for me to provide the tools for people grow and connect and then witness the domino effect this has on their lives.
I utilise varying approaches during therapy including techniques from Gottman, Emotional Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I’m a big believer in incorporating psychological techniques in to your life in ways you find enjoyable and accessible to create maintainable positive changes.
